Return and complaint
We only accept back products that are in good commercial condition and have not been visibly used, exploited, can be accepted as new goods and are not missing a receipt. On the basis of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer must send or hand the goods back to the trader or to a person authorised by him no later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

Pack the products carefully and enclose the completed return form.
Remember that the returned products must be in their original packaging and with the tags and accessories attached. They must not be used or have a damaged appearance.
The transport costs of returning products are at your expense, except in the cases /article 124 of the Consumer Protection Act/.

How do we react after you send a shipment of products for return or exchange?
We check the integrity of the products and their packaging.
Within 14 days, Sinamix Ltd. will refund the amount paid for the product(s)/article 55;paragraph 6;of the Consumer Protection Act/, to a bank account specified by the customer or by postal money order if agreed between the parties. Only the amount for the purchased goods shall be refunded, excluding the cost of delivery.In the event of a quality problem with a product, we offer to replace it, discount the price, or refund the amount paid, as the cost of courier and / or money transfer is at our expense / Article 124 of the Consumer Protection Act /.
