Warranty Terms
Dear customers, for all products you get a 1-year warranty from
date of purchase. In case of non-compliance of the product with
the contract of sale You have a legal right to present
complaint to the seller of the product under the conditions and c
the terms defined in art. 112-115. of the Protection of
the users. Your rights arising from the above
provisions are not limited by our below presented
commercial warranty and
regardless of it, the seller of the product is responsible for the lack of
compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract
according to the Consumer Protection Act.
Warranty
By purchasing a product from MyGPSing, you unconditionally accept the seller's warranty terms.
Warranty service is performed only at MyGPSing workshops and all transport costs associated with the delivery of the relevant device to a given workshop are at the customer's expense.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Take care
well the original receipt and invoice. This document is
required as proof of purchase. If within 1
year from the date of purchase of this product appeared
manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired free of charge
or replaced - at our option. The warranty assumes within
the one-year warranty period to present the defective

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

Warranty coverage
The device is carefully manufactured according to strict requirements

wearing parts (eg belts or attachments) or damage

Warranty case procedure
To ensure prompt processing of your case, please follow
the following instructions:
• For all inquiries prepare the receipt, invoice and

• Take the serial number from the factory plate - label of

• After coordination with our service, you can send the defective one
product to the service address you specified by attaching the receipt

express cargo or as other special cargo. Send the product
together with all accessories supplied with the purchase and

Repair service / out-of-warranty service
Repairs outside the warranty can be assigned to our branch
service for a fee. He will gladly do it for you
preliminary calculation. We can only process devices that
which are adequately packed and shipped freight prepaid
expenses.
Attention: Send your device to our service branch

The warranty is void and does not apply in the following cases:
